With over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I bring extensive knowledge and leadership in delivering high-quality care and support services. Currently working in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse in Charge, I have developed strong expertise in clinical care, team leadership, and person-centred service delivery. As the Director of Step Up Community Services, I am passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals. My commitment is to ensure every participant receives compassionate, respectful, and individualized support that enhances their wellbeing, inclusion, and quality of life.
