How We Are Funded

All Three Plan Types Accepted

However your plan is managed, we can work with you. Service agreements are written in plain English, and you are free to change or end your supports at any time.

NDIA-managed
We claim directly through the NDIA portal. Nothing for you to process.
Plan-managed
We invoice your plan manager on your behalf each fortnight.
Self-managed
We invoice you directly with clear itemised statements.

All supports are charged at or below the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We will never charge you more than the published cap.

Getting Started

Your First 30 Days

1
First conversation
A free, no-obligation call or visit. You tell us your goals and what you need. We tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Day 1
2
Support plan
We write a support plan with you covering what happens, when, who delivers it and how success is measured. You get a copy.
Week 1
3
Service agreement
A plain-English agreement setting out supports, hours, prices, cancellation terms and how to end it. You have as long as you need to read it.
Week 1–2
4
Meet your worker
You meet your support worker before their first shift. If it is not the right match, we find someone else — no awkward conversation needed.
Before start
5
First review
We sit down and ask what is working and what is not, then change the plan accordingly. Reviews continue every three months.
Week 4
Where We Work

Melbourne's Western Suburbs

Based in Wyndham Vale, we deliver supports across the Wyndham and Melton council areas. If you are just outside these suburbs, call us anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
